Born and raised in Florida, we’re proud to call Southwest Florida home. Rize Craft Coffee & Patisserie was created from our love of exceptional coffee, delicious food, handcrafted pastries, and the simple joy of bringing people together.

We wanted to create more than just another coffee shop. We envisioned a warm, welcoming place where you can start your morning with a perfectly crafted cup of coffee, meet a friend for breakfast, bring the family in for something sweet, or simply slow down and enjoy a little time for yourself.

At Rize, we believe the details matter—from the coffee we pour and the pastries we serve to the way you’re welcomed when you walk through our doors. Our goal is simple: serve great food and coffee, provide genuine hospitality, and create a place our community is proud to call its own.
